Project description
This application concerns the replacement of a flow cytometer in the Lab. General Biochemistry and Physical Pharmacy. The new (advanced) flow cytometer will be heavily used in research lines which all deal with the design and development of nanomedicines. In the Lab. Toxicology flow cytometry will be used to characterize cells for the development of bio-assays aimed at monitoring the activation of the G Protein-Coupled REceptor.
