Project description

Recently, lipoprotein lipase or LPL expression was identified as a prognostic marker in CLL. Indeed, high LPL expression is correlated with a bad prognosis. Although the prognostic value of LPL in CLL has been proven, its function in the CLL cell has barely been investigated. The aim of this project is to explore the role of LPL in the pathogenesis of CLL.
