Project description

Dendritic Cells (DCs) and MFs present antigens to T cells, which differentiate into Effector or Regulatory T cells. Some DCs or MFs may preferentially induce tolerance through Regulatory T cells, while others may preferentially induce Effector T cells. We will study the role of distinct DCs and MFs by restricting antigen-presenting-capacity to one DC or MF subset at a time.
