Project description

This project contributes towards the development of indigenous entomopahtogenic nematodes as an effective control method against fruit flies for the cultivation of mango in Benin. We will focus on the nematodes, obtained from sampling in mango plantations, and on the bacterial symbionts that are crucial to killing the soil-borne stage of the insects.
