Project description

The paracaspase MALT1 plays an important role in activation of NF-kB through T- and B-cell receptors. The aims of this project are: 1) To identifty new substrates for MALT1 and to characterize their role. 2) To identify the molecular mechanisms that regulate MALT1 proteolytic activity.
