Project description

In order to assess the possibility to create common minimum standards regarding the gathering, disclousure and admissibility of evidence and in order to prepare legislative initiatives, the European Commission requires information on the relevant national legal provisions. This follow up study aims at obtain information from all 27 member states in light of recent legislative developments on cross-border evidence transmission, and the 2007 accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the EU.
