Project description
This research project on infinite regress arguments aims as setting up a methodological framework in which: (i) infinite regresses are analysed in terms of the notion of explanation (ii) the viciousness of infinite regresses can be determined in a non-arbitrary way and (iii) general strategies are set out for stopping infinite regresses which are vicious.
