Project description

The induction of inflammation by TNF forms the basis of countless inflammatory diseases. In the past, we have shown that part of the activity of TNF is mediated by interferons (IFNs). In this project, we want to investigate the mechanism by which IFNs add to the TNF-induced inflammation.
