Project description

The aim is to extend the existing know-how and experience in radiochromic film dosimetry from photon beams to hadron beams. The research will focus on clinical dose distributions from protons and carbon nuclei. The planar structure of film will allow gaining insights into the mechanisms of interaction between hadrons and tissue equivalent media.
