Project description

The purpose of this research project is to design a very compact, cost-effective and robust MEMS-based automated distribution frame for the telephone copper network. It should be scalable from small-size street cabinets up to large-size central-office systems, offering a dynamically reconfigurable any-to-any connection between all incoming and uotgoing twisted pairs.
