Project description

The mismatch between the rapidly evolving capital market and the lagging regulation in China raises the fundamental question on the adequacy of the regulatory framework form the perspective of investor protection. The research intends to draw from a comparative analysis of EU law regarding both substance and enforcement, in order to assess the prospects for further development of the Chinese regulatory system.
