This small-scale project aims to identify the needs and to evaluate the possibilities and limitations as a preparation for a large project between the universities of Ghent and Lubumbashi. The large project wants to raise gender awareness in Congolese society by creating a specific academic formation on ‘gender’ and by integrating the gender perspective in all academic training at the University of Lubumbashi.
