Project description

This research project on personality dynamics in organizational contexts considers personality traits to describe inter-individual differences in personality characteristics as well as personality states which reflect concrete manifestations of these traits at a given moment. Moreover, these personality states are also allowed to fluctuate over time, depending on the varying situational demands with which the individual is confronted at work.
