Keywords
T-ALL T-cell leukemia tumor suppressor PHF6

Project description

T-ALL results from the malignant transformation of thymocytes and mainly affects children. Recently, PHF6 was identified as a novel tumor suppressor gene in T-ALL at the Center of Medical Genetics Ghent. The aim of this project is to investigate the role of PHF6 in the development of normal T-cells and T-ALL and to unravel transcriptional networks regulated by PHF6.
