Project description

This project involves the development of proteome-wide strategies for the isolation of C-terminal peptides. As such, the sample complexity is reduced to a maximum since each final protein is represented by a single peptide. By the combined use of N-and C-terminal COFRADIC, one can obtain a full proteome coverage, thereby enabling the extensive mapping of protease substrate-repertoires.
