Project description

A better understanding of the corrosion process is extremeley important to increase the life span of a material. In this project, an intense cooperation with Prof. Atrens, University of Queensland, Australia, will be established on the corrosion related research at the Ghent University. Focus will be on the link between microstructure and corrosion of copper and hydrogen embrittlement.
