Creation of a digitized database of lexicographical data concerning 'Eating and Drinking' in the dialects of French Flanders, West Flanders, East Flanders and Zealand Flanders for the Dictionary of the Flemish dialects. The relevant vocabulary will be collected by means of written questionnaires and oral investigations. These data will be added to the alreday existing data taken from both published and unpublished sources (since 1880). On the basis of the collection, a fascicle of the Dictionary of the Flemish dialects will be prepared (a subdivision of part III 'General Vocabulary', section 2 'Domestic Life').
