Project description

This project investigates the role of emotion regulation(ER) as a transdiagnotic mechanism in youth mental health. A randomized controlled trial is used to examine the effects of a prevention program on adolescents in the first year of junior high, with expected results on mental health and academic achievement.Furthermore, the effects of diverse ER strategieën are investigated in an experimental study.
