Fluorescence activated cell sorter (FACS) can select cells based on size, granularity and 7 fluorescent-detectors (detection of, among other, FITC/GFP, PE, PE-TxRed, PerCP, PE-Cy7, APC en APC-Cy7), enabling simultaneous identification of surface-markers and intracellular cytokines.
