Project description

Neuroblastoma is the most frequent extracranial solid tumour in children. Despite the existence of multimodal treatments, the prognosis of most patients remains unfavourable. A subgroup of aggressive neuroblastoma tumours is characterised by amplification of the MYCN transcription factor. The identification of new MYCN target genes could result in improved treatment stategies.
