Project description

A new method will be optimized for the identification of target genes of transcription factors in plant cells through tandem affinity purification and deep sequencing. After optimizing the TAP method for isolation of chromatin complexes, the method will be linked to the identification of the isolated promotor elements throught Illumina sequencing, and applied on transcription factors involved in cell cycle.
