Project description
The European Union gradually gains competences in the field of sports policy. This research tries to shed a light on the process behind the growing competences of the European Union by studying the dynamics behind the europeanisation of sports policy from the perspective of competing theories such as liberal intergovernementalism, neofunctionalism and sociological new instituionalism.
