In this project, we aim to elicudate the role of miRNAs in normal and malignant T-cell development. MiRNA will be integrated in the network of known oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes involved in T-cell leukemia. Eventually, these findings can identify novel therapeutic targets in this disease.
