The research is part of the Drug policy plan 2005-2007 in Antwerp and focuses on the lowest level of local drug markts in cannabis, cocain, heroin, XTC, and amphetamines.



A qualitative case-study of retail dealers in Antwerp combines in-depth interviews with document analysis to study profiles of retail dealers, organization patterns and the impact of current and past drug policy strategies.
