This interuniversity project is focuseed on mutations in the stromal component of human cancers. In this regard the prognostic relationships with tumor phenotype and sensitivity to targeted therapeutics will be envisaged as well. A set of genes responsible for estrogen receptor alpha signaling and for the activities of NFkappab will be investigated in particular detail.
