Project description

High ZEB2 levels were seen in ETP-ALL and preliminary data from our novel conditional overexpression mouse model suggests a key role for this transcription factor in T-ALL. Here we will investigate whether Zeb2 is altering the formation/function of leukemic cancer stem cells in this aggressive subtype of T-ALL.
