Project description

E. Van Wingen aims at the development and validation of a combined heat and power (CHP) solution with a hydrogen combustion engine (10 to 100kWe), whereby the CHP can be used as a flexible production unit to maximize the yield of renewable energy in the local autonomous network. The autonomous network does not disrupt the global network, on the contrary it can even offer support services, such as contributing both actively and reactively to the higher network.
