Therefore the overall aim of FINOCA 2.0 is to counter and improve the prevention of THB in the EU through promoting a more pro-active use and operational cooperation with regard to financial investigations of THB criminal networks. The project will contribue to a better understanding of the financial aspects of human trafficking activities in the EU  and will formulate recommendations for smarter and more effective ways to prevent and tackle THB. In order to accomplish this overall aim the project will specifically focus on the following objectives.
