Project description

We have recently filed IP on a novel library of ionizable lipids for lipid nanoparticle (LNP) mediated delivery of nucleic acid based drugs. ConcepTT funding will be used to chemically synthesize the library of ionizable lipids, characterize mRNA LNP formulations and test their biological activity in vitro and in vivo.
