Project description

Many new medicines are based on biological molecules such as proteins, peptides or nucleic acids. The goal is to investigate the obstacles these drugs (a.k.a. biopharmaceuticals) need to overcome in order to reach their intended target site in the body. The team will then use this information to develop biopharmaceutical formulations to deliver these novel drugs to their targets.
