Supporting the implementation of a bilingual Belgian Thesaurus (Fr / Nl), the ICPC-2 / ICD-10 system, called 3BT, the software for managing medical records related to homologation procedure. The context of this work is the participation of Belgium in the European work on e-health. 3BT thus a Belgian instrument to be included in the work of Estehr. a bilingual version of the Thesaurus was made in January 2008; divided since February 2008 in the different software producers. However, the objective is not achieved because the expansion, improvement and maintenance of the thesaurus require a continuous effort.
