Project description

T-cells play a crucial role in the immune system and therefore it is clinically important to better understand their development. During this developmental process, Notch receptor-ligand interactions are critical and require strict regulation for optimal T-cell differentiation and to prevent tumor formation. Therefore, we wish to carefully dissect the Notch signaling pathway.
