Project description
Dendritic cells will be isolated from the small intestine of weaned piglets after stimulation with soluble immunogenic and tolerogeneic antigens. The influence of these antigens on the maturation of intestinal dendritic cells will be analysed by flowcytometric analysis of co-stimulatory molecules and analysis of cytokine/chemokine gene expression.
