The study aims to identify effective methods described in the literature for involving end users in inspection processes. To ensure that these findings are relevant to the various sectors for which the Healthcare Inspectorate in Flandres is responsible, the findings from the literature will be checked with national and international practices through qualitative research methods. Using a literature review, document analysis, interviews and focus groups, the study will investigate the following research question: How can end users become more involved in the inspection process?
