Project description

Matrix protein 2 ectodomain (M2e) specific antibodies protect against disease caused by influenza A viruses. M2e-based immune protection is infection permissive, meaning that viral replication is blunted but not prevented. In this project, we will study if and how M2e-based immune protection modulates the adaptive immune response following challenge.
