Project description
The last part of my PhD is the design and in vivo evaluation of 2 saRNA vaccines against RSV. The vaccines' immunogenicity is being evaluated after intramuscular, intratracheal, and intranasal administration. Initial data show very good immune responses. After the immunogenicity study, we will forward one saRNA vaccine for a murine challenge study in the lab of Xavier Saelens (co-promoter).
