Project description

In this project we will investigate the molecular mechanism of GC-driven nucleocytoplasmic transport of MSK1 and map the role of this export in the anti-inflammatory mechanism of GCs. Furthermore, we will also explore GC-instigated MSK1 export in vivo and possible MSK1 export via stimulation with other NR ligands. Finally we will focus on the possible phosphomodulation of GR by MSK1.
