This research aims at exposing the psycho-social, ethnic and cultural processes underlying honour-based violence. It also wants to map the different forms of honour-related violence encountered in various sectors (health sector, education, police and judiciary, welfare and social work), with the intention to improve the policy and response to honour-based violence in Belgium.
