Modeling and evaluation of various innovative cooling methods, and of the thermal coupling between different subsystems in integrated drive systems. These tools form the basis of a model-based design approach for integrated drive systems for the design of new, integrated drive systems with higher power densities and less amount, material and assembly costs.
