(1) Integration of several engineering steps for the optimalisation of GPCR overexpression in engineered east strains with increased ER-membrane capacity and use of an existing (T4 lysozyme insertion) and a new (nanobody complexation by coëxpression) method for GPCR-stabilisation and crystallisation (2) Production, purification and crystallization of the GPCR membrane proteins
