Project description
This PhD project investigates the challenges and tensions at the crossroad of children’s procedural human rights and their appellate asylum procedure in Belgium. Through a combination of ethnographic and cocreative methodologies, the project analyses how these challenges and tensions can be understood and overcome before, during and after children’s interaction with the CALL.
