As an HIV cure strategy we propose Hybrid CAR-T cells that combine CAR-T cytotoxicity with secretion of broadly neutralizing antibodies (bNAbs) to target both infected cells and cell-free virus. The Fc-IgG1 domain enhances innate immunity via ADCC and ADCP. This project evaluates Hybrid CAR-T cells’ functions in vitro, ex vivo (HIV-/+ donors), and in vivo (humanized mice).
