Project description

The goal of this project is to determine the feasability, safety and efficacy as well as cost-effectiveness of Patient Tailored Antibiotic Therapy (PTABT) in critically ill patients. PTABT is the adaptation of antibiotic therapy to the need of individual patient in order to maximize efficacy and minimize toxicity through measurement of antibiotic concentrations in serum and dose adaptation.
