Project description
Previous research has identified cognitive change as a crucial factor in fear learning. However, the negative connotation that a fear-evoking stimulus acquires, or the physiological responses it elicits (‘feeling’) often persists after harm expectancy (‘thinking’) has disappeared. In the current research, we use the fear conditioning model to further investigate the roles of feeling and thinking in fear learning.
