Project description

Spontaneous feelings sometimes appear to be resistant to contradictory information but are sometimes very sensitive to such information. Gawronski et al. (2010) offered an explanation according to which attitude-relevant information is stored in a context dependent manner provided that the context is attended. We examine the impact of contradictory information that is not bound to a particular context.
