Project description

Over the last 2 decades societal dynamics on diversity sensitive issues have led in the global South and North to increased binary debates on decoloniality, power, racism, culture, and identity in the context of higher education. This project aims to deconstruct the “non-negotiability” of decolonial, unequal HE spaces and produce equal negotiation strategies, action plans and programs. We will develop a decolonial programme to guide curriculum and pedagogical policy and practice in HE in South Africa and Flanders.
