Project description

The inferior quality of poorly validated antibodies supplied by the major market players often disappoint customers who purchase these antibodies as a research or diagnostic reagent. These antibodies are usually of polyclonal or monoclonal descent, and exhibit poor reproducibility because their sequences are unknown. Therefore, there is an increasing demand for validated synthetic antibodies at competitive prices. VersaTile is a modular DNA assembly method that has been extensively validated outside the antibody domain. In this project we aim to provide a proof-of-concept dataset that will be used to develop a business case and to attract venture capital for starting a new business.
