Project description

Horses will be experimentally inoculated with bovine papillomavirus (BPV) material, equine sarcoïd extracts and suspensions of sarcoïd-derived cell-lines to determine BPV persistence and expression. The clinical and histological evolution of these experimentally-induced tumours will also be related to both the progression of the BPV infection and the cellular and humoral immune response of the host.
