Project description
Cancer characterization and therapy development have increasingly relied on genomics research. This research, however, is still hampered by low nucleic acid input amounts and quality. This PhD project aims to develop and optimize molecular methods for the characterization and quantification of nucleic acids, with a focus on RNA in liquid biopsies.
