Project description

Based on interactomes and single-cell transcriptomes data of polarly localized proteins implicated in
stomatal development, the so far not characterized NON PHOTOTROPIC HYPOCOTYL
(NPH3)/ROOT PHOTOTROPISM 2 (RPT2)-like clade, of which NRL5, was identified and selected for
further. The aim of this project is to characterize the function of NRL5 and its close homologs in cell
polarity.
